On ourMAR Mid-Market team, you’ll specialize inpackage underwriting—including Property, CGL, Commercial Auto, E&O, D&O, and Cyber—tailoring solutions for mid-sized clients in theManufacturing, Agriculture, and Resource sectorsacross Ontario.

You’ll work closely withActuarial, Claims, and Risk Servicesto gain a 360° view of each account, ensuring your underwriting decisions are informed, balanced, and aligned with our appetite. You’ll also be a key relationship builder—known for your responsiveness, professionalism, and ability to deliver value to brokers and clients alike.

This is a collaborative, high-performing team where knowledge-sharing and mentorship are part of the culture. Whether you're coaching junior underwriters or expanding your own risk appetite, you’ll be supported every step of the way.

You have:

10+ years of underwriting experience, with a strong focus on Manufacturing, Agriculture, or Resource-based industries

Experience underwritingmulti-line package policies(Property, CGL, Auto, E&O, D&O, Cyber)

ACIP designation(or are actively pursuing it)
