Job summary

EY is seeking Sr Consultants to join the Digital Workforce Transformation practice, focusing on UKG Pro WFM implementations. Candidates should have 3+ years consulting experience and 2–5 years in UKG Pro WFM projects within healthcare, manufacturing, or similar sectors.

Travel up to 30% is expected to meet client needs, with opportunities to lead discussions, design solutions, and drive deployments across multiple client environments.

Qualifications

• Related bachelor's degree required.
• Approximately 3+ years consulting experience.
• 2–5 years UKG Pro WFM project implementation experience in healthcare, manufacturing, or similar sectors.
• UKG Timekeeping, Advanced Scheduling, or Integration Certification ideal.
• Experience with solution gap analysis and recommendations.
• Experience supporting or leading business process design and enhancements.
• Hands-on configuration of complex client requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagement teams and manage project budgets.
• Deliver quality services and manage progress, risk, and stakeholders.
• Develop productive client relationships and focus on business priorities.
• Develop people and provide on-the-job feedback and training.
• Demonstrate UKG Pro WFM knowledge and stay updated on industry trends.
• Generate new business opportunities and build long-term client relationships.
