EY's People Consulting practice in Canada seeks a Senior Consultant focusing on UKG Pro implementations. You will lead client engagement teams, design and configure solutions, manage budgets and deliver high-quality services.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Approximately 3+ years of consulting experience.
2–5 years UKG Pro or Pro WFM project implementation experience.
UKG Pro Certifications are ideal.
Experience with solution gap analyses and recommendations.
Experience leading business process design and configuration.
Client discussions: requirements, user stories, testing, deployment.
Understanding of end-to-end implementation life cycle.
Project management experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

Lead client engagement teams and manage budgets.
Deliver quality services and maintain high client satisfaction.
Develop relationships with client management and understand business priorities.
Develop people through coaching and knowledge sharing.
