Job summary

emergiTEL is hiring a Sr Test Specialist UAT Coordinator for our client in the Information Technology Services industry. Location is Cambridge, ON (Remote) with a 10-month contract and pay rate of $55–$59 per hour INC.

The role owns the business-side UAT cycle for Salesforce releases, coordinating between business process teams, IT delivery teams, and business testers. You will convert requirements into test scenarios and scripts, and provide go/no-go readiness for releases.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating UAT for enterprise releases.
• Ability to translate requirements into test scenarios and scripts.
• Experience training business users and developing user guides.

Responsibilities

• Own the business-side UAT cycle for Salesforce releases.
• Coordinate between business process teams, IT delivery teams, and testers.
• Convert business requirements into practical test scenarios and scripts.
• Provide go/no-go readiness recommendations for releases.
• Ensure test coverage, tester readiness, defect management, and reporting.
• Design and prepare end-to-end UAT scenarios and test data.
• Train testers across functions and regions and deliver onboarding materials.
• Manage UAT plans, schedules, entry/exit criteria, and escalation processes.
• Coordinate defect resolution, retesting, and closure with IT teams.
