TD Insurance is seeking an experienced litigation lawyer to join its growing team as Senior Trial Counsel. Reporting to the Managing Counsel Claims Litigation Services, you will be responsible for leading on complex insurance defense, tort and no-fault accident benefits matters, and will manage cases from inception through trial. The ideal candidate has deep experience conducting trials (jury and non-jury), is highly organized, and is an excellent communicator who thrives in a high-stakes litigation environment.

Candidates should have at least 15 years of progressive litigation experience and proven management and strategic planning abilities. This is an exceptional opportunity to take a leadership role in a growing area of the business and be involved in mentoring junior and intermediate team members.
