Job summary

RBC in Toronto is seeking a Senior Manager, Treasury Solutions to guide cash management advisory and digital onboarding for Strategic Tier 1 clients across Eastern Canada, US, UK and Europe. Qualifications

• 5+ years banking experience within relationship management or sales role with extensive knowledge of cash management products.
• Proven track record providing exceptional client advice and revenue growth.
• Travel up to 25% within Canada and the US.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and manage revenue growth within a portfolio of corporate clients focusing on client needs and opportunities for RBC products.
• Develop portfolio growth plans and reviews with Regional Leader/Director.
• Implement client calling strategies to ensure exceptional client experience and growth of cash management, deposits and RBC revenue.
• Identify work activities, manage RFP processes, and close opportunities for new/upgraded solutions.
• Coordinate with Capital Market partners and Risk/GBS for proper documentation and risk controls.
• Lead annual relationship reviews for strategic Tier 1 and Solution Senior Market clients.
• Provide business insights and client discovery sessions to uncover challenges and opportunities.
• Work with stakeholders to develop and execute regional sales and marketing plans.
