Base pay range

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Treasury Analyst to join a growing real estate company. This role is ideal for a finance professional with strong analytical skills, a collaborative mindset, and experience managing cash flow and banking operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in cash and liquidity management, treasury strategy, and systems implementation, working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day cash flow activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all major inflow and outflow transactions
• Maintain and optimize cash flow tracking tools, providing regular updates to management
• Develop and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including banking partners
• Support cash forecasting, liquidity planning, and working capital management
• Conduct analysis of bank positions, debt covenants, and other treasury-related obligations
• Participate in process automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and reporting accuracy
• Assist with system upgrades, integrations, and treasury system implementations
• Respond to internal and external inquiries related to treasury and cash management in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with finance, FP&A, and other departments to support strategic financial planning

Qualifications & Experience

5+ years of experience in treasury, cash management, or financial planning and analysis

Proven expertise in cash flow management and working capital optimization

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling

Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Knowledge of Yardi or other real estate management software considered an asset

Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail

Initiative and business acumen to drive improvements in treasury operations

Confidence in presenting financial insights to senior leadership and external stakeholders
