Franklin Templeton Global Travel Services is responsible for managing and facilitating business-related travel arrangements for employees within the company. We focus on policy compliance, travel technology, risk management, reporting and analysis, vendor management, communication, and support. By efficiently managing these aspects, we help ensure that business travel is organized, cost-effective, and aligns with our company's overall objectives.
The Senior Travel Advisor is responsible for accurately and efficiently handling incoming requests via multiple channels (phone, email, chat, etc.) and providing consultation on all travel details and destination requirements. This position performs at an expert / senior level and demonstrates an extensive understanding and applicability of all areas in the travel industry. This position is a non-exempt hourly position.
