A leading consulting firm in Toronto is seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to oversee major Transportation infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate should have a university degree or diploma in Civil Engineering and at least 15 years of experience in a similar role on projects exceeding $25 million. Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years’ experience in Transportation projects as a Contract Administrator for projects over $25 Million.
• Experience in supervising Site Representatives.
• Valid G license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide general administration during construction.
• Maintain tracking spreadsheets for change directives and construction progress.
• Review and negotiate contractor claims for extra work.
• Oversee construction to confirm quality of construction.
