Job summary

Western Pacific Enterprises Ltd. seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead power and systems packages on the Capital Line South Extension in Edmonton.

You will act as the primary project representative, overseeing planning, execution, stakeholder management, and commercial administration. With 15+ years in construction and 10+ years in PM, you will manage schedules, budgets, risks, and change control, coordinating with the general contractor, consultants, and utility providers to ensure safe,

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years in the construction industry.
• Minimum 10 years in a project management role.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of the project from planning through construction and closeout.
• Manage project scopes including electrical/communication construction, safety, and quality.
• Develop and maintain execution plans, schedules, budgets, and resource forecasts.
• Ensure objectives are achieved safely, efficiently, and per contract requirements.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams and monitor P&L and cash flow.
• Coordinate with General Contractor, consultants, and stakeholders to resolve issues.
