Job Description
- The specialist will support sandbox data preparation, training simulations, environment setup, and knowledge management activities within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Finance & Operations (F&O).
- This role combines technical system configuration, SharePoint site structuring, and documentation skills to ensure training and testing environments are fully aligned with organizational learning and business process needs.
Responsibilities
- Support sandbox environment preparation and configuration within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and F&O.
- Create and manage role-based test case data, user assignments, and simulation scripts aligned with business processes.
- Maintain a SharePoint-based knowledge repository, including subpages, metadata, web parts, and page layouts.
- Develop technical documentation, step-by-step assignments, and knowledge articles based on system test cases, workflows, and process maps.
- Apply plain language, accessibility standards (e.g., AODA), and user-centered design principles to structured documentation and SharePoint content.
- Collaborate with training designers, developers, IT, and project team members to ensure sandbox readiness and alignment with training goals.
- Organize structured folders, metadata, and content packages for easy retrieval within SharePoint.
- Record walkthroughs or create annotated guides for effective knowledge transfer to internal teams.
Must Have
- Experience working in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and/or Finance & Operations (F&O) (or related CRM systems) with sandbox or testing environments.
- Proven experience managing user roles, creating test/training data, and validating workflows.
- Strong hands-on experience with SharePoint team sites, including structuring content, building subpages, configuring web parts, and managing site layout.
- Practical knowledge of manipulating system data to create training simulations or testing scenarios.
- Familiarity with documenting technical information, job aids, or system content for end-user learning.
- Detail-oriented approach to aligning sandbox data and assignments with intended training outcomes.
Desired Skills And Experience
- Hands-on experience with role simulation and system validation in Microsoft Dynamics CE and/or F&O.
- Ability to interpret business processes, workflows, and DevOps test cases into structured learning materials.
- Proficiency in SharePoint Online for content delivery, metadata tagging, and navigation optimization.
- Strong analytical skills for preparing assignment data, reviewing testing logic, and ensuring content accuracy.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (AODA/WCAG) and plain language best practices.

Criteria 1: System Application And Sandbox Data Support (40 points)
- Demonstrated experience working in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/F&O environments (sandbox or live).
- Proven ability to generate and manage realistic training/test case data aligned to user roles.
- Experience simulating multiple user profiles and validating workflows.
- Background in creating test cases, acceptance testing, or scripted training simulations.
Criteria 2: SharePoint And Knowledge Content Structuring (30 points)
- Demonstrated ability to design, maintain, and update SharePoint Online sites.
- Experience configuring web parts, structuring subpages, and managing content repositories.
- Strong knowledge of tagging, foldering, and metadata for content retrieval.
- Ability to structure SharePoint content for self-navigation and training reference.
Criteria 3: Technical And Documentation Skills (20 points)
- Experience transforming workflows, process maps, or test cases into structured documentation.
- Proven ability to create step-based task guides, assignments, or how-to documentation.
- Familiarity with version control, traceability, and structured content updates.
- Awareness of plain language and accessibility standards for technical content.

- Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams (training, IT, business).
