Join our team as a Senior Traffic Operations Engineer and make a difference in transportation planning and engineering.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and lead transportation projects, including technical analysis, stakeholder liaison, project management, and proposals.
  • Develop transportation studies such as multi-modal, master plans, environmental assessments, and traffic impact studies.
  • Support business development by identifying opportunities.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and support proposal/report preparation.
  • Coordinate public consultations and utilize software like Synchro, VISSIM, Arcady, EMME, and MS Office.
  • Conduct field investigations and traffic data collection.
  • Design traffic management solutions and assist with technical mentoring.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on transportation.
  • Qualified or eligible for Ontario P.Eng. designation.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience, preferably in consulting.
  • Experience with transportation planning, design, and multi-modal infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of geometric design, traffic demand forecasting, and Municipal Class EA process.
  • Strong communication, report writing, and organizational skills.
  • Experience working with municipalities is a plus.
  • Valid Ontario G license and access to a vehicle.
