Job Description:

•Project Leadership: Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of multiple, concurrent IT projects.

•Stakeholder Management: Engage with business leaders, technical teams, and external vendors to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables.

•Scope & Change Management: Define project scope, manage changes, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

•Resource Management: Allocate and manage project resources, including team members, budgets, and timelines.

•Risk & Issue Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.

•Communication: Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and executive leadership.

•Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.

•Process Improvement: Promote and implement best practices in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).

•Mentorship: Mentor junior project managers and contribute to the development of project management capabilities within the organization.

Must haves:

1.7+ years of experience in IT project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.

2.Experience with Agile, Scrum, and/or other project management methodologies.

3.Experience managing budgets, schedules, and cross-functional teams.

4.Experience with Azure DevOps

Nice to have:

•Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification

•Previous banking experience within Capital Markets

•Previous experience leading data related projects
