Job Title: Senior Town Planner

Location: Southampton

An excellent opportunity has opened for a Senior Town Planner to join an established multidisciplinary team specializing in planning, architecture, urban design, and ecology. My client is looking for a chartered town planner to lead the junior members of the team while working closely with directors.

Requirements:

1. Town Planning qualification (BSc or MSc)
2. Membership in the Royal Town Planning Institute
3. 2-5 Years' experience working in the private or public sector

Responsibilities:

1. Working on a wide range of master planning, housing, residential, and commercial projects
2. Site visits
3. Business development
