Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Senior Family Lawyer based in Vancouver, BC. The role involves managing a diverse caseload valued in the multi-millions to billions of dollars, including cases related to spousal and child support, property division, custody, access, and common law relationships. Daily responsibilities include providing legal advice, drafting and reviewing legal documents, representing clients in court, and negotiating settlements. The candidate will collaborate closely with clients and team members to ensure efficient case handling.
