Qualifications

• University degree in engineering or science is required.
• Knowledge of control software and test automation is required.
• Knowledge of electrical testing for ICs and MEMS is required.
• Strong analytical skills, rigor and attention to detail are required.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams are required.
• Experience with MEMS processes or semiconductor manufacturing is an asset.
• Citizenship verification may be required to comply with security rules.

Responsibilities

• Electrically characterize integrated circuits and MEMS products.
• Design, develop, and qualify electrical and optical tests.
• Develop, improve, and qualify MEMS test equipment with the test team.
• Participate in the design of new dedicated test systems.
• Monitor test equipment in production and analyze problematic lots.
• Propose and implement process improvements and new test methodologies.
• Initiate corrective actions related to electrical or process issues.
• Generate and maintain documentation required for production release.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges.
• Improve test equipment performance, robustness, and reliability.
