Work Arrangements:
This is a hybrid role. You will work in our office in Waterloo, ON a minimum of two (2) assigned, consecutive days every other week, plus a fifth (5th) assigned day per month. You are welcome to work from the office more than the minimum requirement and there may be some roles that are required to work in our office more than the minimum requirement.

Are you passionate about Privileged Access Management (PAM)? Join our Identity Access Team as a Senior Technology Specialist, where you’ll leverage your PAM expertise to strengthen and advance our organization’s security posture. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of deploying and refining PAM solutions, ensuring our privileged access controls are robust, compliant, and efficient. Your leadership and hands-on technical skills will directly influence the effectiveness of our security initiatives and contribute to the ongoing success of our team. What you will be doing:

  • Design, implement, and maintain PAM solutions to secure privileged accounts across enterprise systems.
  • Develop and enforce policies and procedures for privileged access control, monitoring, and auditing.
  • Collaborate with IT, security, and compliance teams to ensure PAM aligns with regulatory and organizational requirements.
  • Manage onboarding/offboarding of privileged accounts and conduct periodic access reviews.
  • Integrate PAM tools with identity governance, SIEM, and other security platforms.
  • Lead incident response efforts involving privileged account misuse or compromise.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to internal teams on PAM best practices


What you will bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 2 years focused on PAM.
  • Hands-on experience with PAM tools such as CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Delinea, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of identity and access management (IAM), Active Directory, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2, PCI-DSS).
  • Scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automation and integration tasks.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CyberArk Defender/Sentry, CISSP, CISM, or equivalent).
  • Experience with Zero Trust architecture and least privilege enforcement.
  • Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD pipeline security.
