Qualifications

• Ten+ years in IT with progression from hands-on to project management.
• Six+ years of IT Program/Project Management, including large digital transformations and PMO methods.
• PMP certification is required.
• Experience with CRM & Salesforce, ERP, COTS, and PM tools like MS Project, Smartsheet, JIRA.
• Three+ years in a project leadership role with cross-functional teams and change management.
• Familiarity with PMO frameworks and PMI methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project governance, planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution; align with business goals.
• Lead business analysis to translate requirements into roadmaps and designs.
• Manage resources, scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and risk mitigation.
• Mentor project team members and foster best-practice adoption across the PMO.
• Prepare program reports and dashboards for stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with TPMO processes.
