A leading company is seeking a Technology Architect to craft and implement innovative solutions that drive business efficiency and system performance. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Cisco technologies and a proven track record of technical leadership. This hybrid role combines flexibility with the requirement to work in the Toronto office twice a week, supporting a balanced work-life environment.
As a Technology Architect, you will make an impact by crafting and implementing innovative, scalable solutions that enhance system performance and business efficiency. Your expert knowledge in Cisco-based contact center technologies will drive flawless integration and improve operational workflows. Coordinating with diverse teams, you will ensure our technology solutions align with business objectives, industry standards, and security guidelines. You will be a valued member of our Enterprise Platform Services Practice and work collaboratively with our Senior Manager.

Working arrangements

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 2 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Toronto, ON.
