Job description

As a Technology Architect, you will make an impact by crafting and implementing innovative, scalable solutions that enhance system performance and business efficiency. Your expert knowledge in Cisco-based contact center technologies will drive flawless integration and improve operational workflows. Coordinating with diverse teams, you will ensure our technology solutions align with business objectives, industry standards, and security guidelines. You will be a valued member of our Enterprise Platform Services Practice and work collaboratively with our Senior Manager.

In this role, you will

• Build and deliver technology solutions using Cisco tools, such as CVP, CTI, and Agent Desktop and ensure flawless integration into existing systems.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
• Coordinate with collaborators to translate business requirements into efficient scalable solutions.
• Ensure solutions adhere to security standards and industry processes.
• Manage performance tuning and system audits for optimal efficiency.
• Create and update detailed user documentation.
• Stay informed on new technologies and industry trends.
• Contribute in code reviews and offer developmental feedback to guide improvement.
• Analyze and resolve multifaceted technical challenges.
• Coordinate collaboratively with project managers to ensure timely, on-budget delivery.
• Lead all aspects of continuous improvement in processes and methodologies.
• Communicate efficiently with diverse teams, technical and non-technical.

What you’ll need to succeed (required skills)

• A proven track record of 8 or more years in technology architecture.
• Expert in Cisco CVP, Cisco CTI, and Cisco Agent Desktop.
• Outstanding problem-solving and resolution skills.
• Proficiency in system audits and performance tuning.
• A dedication to produce and manage user documentation.
• Expert in guiding development teams and participating in code reviews.
• Top-tier experience working closely with project management teams.
• Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or equivalent.

• Experience in the Cards & Payments domain is an added bonus.
• Superb communication and relationship building abilities.
