Reporting to the Director of Technical Support, Triton is seeking an experienced Technical Writer responsible for researching, writing, and illustrating user guides, knowledge base articles, and other technical documentation. The role involves monitoring Slack channels and sprint reviews to stay updated on relevant changes, and managing the publication platform to ensure content continuity.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Own the documentation for multiple product lines.
2. Manage and refine the publication and translation processes.
3. Collaborate with SMEs and other contributors, working independently as a writer.

Required Skills and Experience:

1. Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in a similar role, with experience in user-focused product documentation.
2. Strong research skills and ability to synthesize information from multiple stakeholders.
3. Experience with help authoring tools like Madcap Flare, RoboHelp, or Document360.
4. Proficiency with screen capture and imaging software such as Snagit.
5. Basic HTML skills.
6. Familiarity with collaboration tools like Confluence and JIRA.
7. Interest in AI content tools is a plus.
8. Excellent communication skills in English and ability to manage multiple projects.
