This position has been designated as a Hybrid work schedule with work performed onsite 3 days each week in Montreal.
Job Summary:
We’re building a new Product Commercialization Department and looking for an organized, detail-oriented, driven, and collaborative Senior Technical Writer to play a key role in communicating product value and usability.
This role is ideal for an experienced documentation professional (5+ years) with a strong technical background, proven communication skills, and a passion for making complex software easy to understand. You’ll be instrumental in ensuring our internal and external stakeholders – and customers - have access to clear, accurate, and user-focused documentation, spanning user guides, tutorials, feature documentation, release notes, and more.
You’ll work cross-functionally with product, engineering, customer support, and subject matter experts to deliver documentation that empowers users and supports successful product experiences. This position offers the opportunity to help define writing standards and best practices—and to continually evolve our knowledge base in line with product growth.

Base Pay Range: $70K-85K
Total compensation for this role will include a commission/incentive plan. Disclaimer: This base pay range is based on Canadian national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed.
