Job summary

Opticca Consulting Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to source, engage, and hire professionals across Microsoft Azure, Red Hat, OpenShift, Kubernetes, Linux, DevOps, Infrastructure, Security, and Cloud Engineering.

You will partner with technical leadership and hiring managers to fill consulting engagements from solution architects to cloud engineers. The role requires deep cloud and infrastructure recruiting experience, strong communication, and an established network

• Partner with technical hiring managers to understand project requirements and desired skill sets.
• Develop sourcing strategies for highly specialized technical roles.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct recruiter screenings to assess technical alignment, communication skills, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate technical interviews and hiring panels.
• Manage offer negotiations and candidate onboarding.
• Maintain an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
