Senior Technical Project/Program Manager

At Unity, the Customer Success & Operations (CSOps) organization’s mission is to support and train Unity customers, and grow their journey with Unity. CSOps is looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) to empower our product management team in improving and building customer success products and services intended to improve the success of our developers when working with our tools.

As the Senior TPM for CSOps, you will drive cross-functional projects and programs, working with leaders and stakeholders from product management, success management, technical support, consulting, professional training and other disciplines.

What you'll be doing

Coordinate with product management leadership to build and maintain a clear CSOps product roadmap that balances CSOps goals, partner commitments for bundled support, and operational improvements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and own end-to-end program plans for new product support intake to CSOps spanning across Unity’s Create product suite. This may include setting objectives, timelines, dependency management, risk mitigation, success criteria, communication plans and outcomes.

Develop and oversee comprehensive project plans as part of our go to market (GTM) product development workflows for CSOps, leading the product team to hit key milestones and deadlines for new SKU development.

Own and maintain the full-stack of templates that all CSOps products will use by the product management team, including intake forms, single source of truth documents, data and reporting, and more.

Build and drive clear RACI documentation across product development, program management, operational excellence and customer success teams within CSOps, ensuring teams are aligned on responsibilities and teams are informed as needed.

What we're looking for

Experience in project management/program management for product development, working across disciplines to facilitate successful teams.

Ability to gracefully handle change, and reprioritize workloads as needed.

Outstanding interpersonal skills, both written and oral, to speak to varying audiences of stakeholders across different time zones; listening to, speaking with, and resolving differences with subject matter authorities.

A proactive, curious demeanor - be willing to ask questions, and to dig for your own answers as well.

You should have a highly adaptable program management style, and dedication to cultivating a culture of individual empowerment, ownership, and trust.

You might also have

Experience working with customer success or service-based organizations or solutions

Expertise with collaboration tools such as Jira, Airtable, Miro, Gainsight, Zendesk, and Confluence

Experience navigating workflow optimization and efficiency initiatives
