Job Title: Project Manager – Technical (HR & Finance Systems)
Summary:
The Technical Project Manager will lead the integration of HR and Finance systems, focusing on Oracle Fusion Cloud, including Oracle HCM and Oracle Financials. This includes managing data migration, process harmonization, and system configuration across areas like payroll, GL, AP/AR, tax, and employee data. The role works closely with HR, Finance, Technology Services, and vendors to ensure secure data transfer, compliance with tax regulations, IFRS 17, and financial reporting requirements.
