As part of our continued expansion, we are seeking a technology Technical Infrastructure Project Manager to lead critical technology initiatives and infrastructure modernization efforts for our clients.

Role Overview - Techanical Infrastructure Project Manager

This senior role focuses on overseeing and delivering complex technology infrastructure projects, including cloud enablement, platform integrations, data center transitions, and enterprise-wide modernization programs. You will play a pivotal role in aligning infrastructure strategy with business goals, managing vendor and stakeholder relationships, and ensuring high-quality execution across diverse technical environments.

This is not a technical hands-on role —we are seeking a strategic, business-focused project manager with experience overseeing technology initiatives. Candidates should bring strong project management capabilities, stakeholder leadership, and Power BI reporting expertise to support data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of infrastructure modernization projects (e.g., cloud transitions, data center upgrades, hybrid environments).
  • Define project scope, milestones, resource plans, and deliverables in coordination with cross-functional business and IT teams.
  • Manage third-party vendors, negotiate service contracts, and ensure performance aligns with SLAs and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with enterprise architects, security, and operations teams to ensure solutions align with business continuity and risk standards.
  • Lead RFP processes for infrastructure services; evaluate and manage vendor proposals in partnership with procurement and legal teams.
  • Deliver executive-level project reporting using Power BI dashboards to track performance, KPIs, and risks.
  • Identify risks and interdependencies early, and implement mitigation and contingency strategies across technical and business layers.
  • Facilitate lessons learned and post-project reviews to inform enterprise infrastructure roadmaps and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of project management experience, with a strong track record leading infrastructure or enterprise technology initiatives.
  • Proven ability to manage cloud migration, integration, and modernization programs (e.g., Azure, AWS, hybrid environments).
  • Experience managing vendors, contracts, and large-scale RFP processes.
  • Strong leadership in business-aligned project delivery and strategic planning.
  • Power BI expertise , with a focus on reporting, analysis, and executive stakeholder communication.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Multi-industry experience (e.g., finance, public sector, transportation, healthcare) is an asset.
