Your Role:

As our Senior Technical Program Manager (Sr. TPM), you will drive our most ambitious SmartHome initiatives. You will shape the SmartHome roadmap and contribute to the execution beyond traditional project management.

In this role, you will:

  • Work closely with Product Development and Engineering teams to deliver feature requests from prioritization through design, development, and testing
  • Manage relationships, stakeholder communication, and cross-team dependencies, including scoping, planning, prioritization, escalation, capacity planning, and cross-functional alignment
  • Partner with product, technology, business, and cross-functional teams to support objectives through plan definition, delivery management, proactive risk/issue resolution, and roadmap alignment
  • Drive cross-functional technical initiatives by aligning teams on strategies to enable technical delivery and program management
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, partnership, and excellence
Qualifications

  • Track record of launching large-scale software development projects
  • Ability to articulate project management principles with the fluency of a seasoned program manager
  • Technical acumen to speak the language of developers and business leaders alike
  • Ability to build partnerships and drive collaboration across diverse functional groups

What you bring:

  • 7+ years of experience managing complex, consumer-facing programs in an agile environment on software development projects
  • Clear and concise communication with all levels of the organization
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in a cross-functional environment
  • Experience managing software development leveraging agile/scrum methodologies with clear action and ownership
  • Forward, proactive, strategic thinker with the ability to think creatively
  • Experience in cloud environments, microservices design and delivery, data engineering, data pipelines, and process automation (preferred)

Salary Range: $97,000-$145,000

Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan: 15%
