Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead AI/ML platform development programs. Your role involves collaborating with product teams using agile methodologies to enhance the development and integration of AI/ML models on Verily’s platform, ultimately improving developer experience and model deployment efficiency.

Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Science, AI/ML Software Engineers, and Product Management to drive project roadmaps, manage trade-offs, and communicate progress.
2. Refine experimentation processes to enable faster iteration and validation of hypotheses.
3. Define and monitor KPIs to prioritize work that maximizes impact.
4. Regularly update senior leadership on project status, risks, and strategic adjustments.
5. Coordinate with engineering managers and technical leads to allocate resources effectively for project execution.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience as a TPM or similar role.
• Proven success working in cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with experimentation, AI/ML technologies, or engineering management in software projects.

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to break down complex problems into manageable parts.
• Experience in Health Tech or Software industries.
• Track record of leading and executing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
