Are you excited by the challenge of delivering complex, multi-functional technology programs that directly impact institutional sales, distribution, and client servicing? Lead central initiatives to scale, innovate, and deliver excellent client experiences as a Technical Program Manager in our technology organization. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of technology, sales enablement, and client engagement —driving programs that support our mission to empower institutional teams with modern, data-driven solutions.

Position Responsibilities:

•Lead the delivery of technical programs that support institutional distribution, sales enablement, and client servicing platforms.

•Partner with business customers, product partners, and engineering teams to define program goals, technical requirements, and delivery timelines.

•Manage program execution across multiple squads, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, regulatory standards, and business priorities.

•Track and communicate progress, risks, and dependencies to customers across IT and the institutional business.

•Translate complex business and regulatory needs into scalable technical solutions and implementation plans.

•Develop and maintain documentation, reusable patterns, and governance processes to support long-term sustainability.

•Collaborate with domain experts to assess the impact of change and ensure readiness across impacted teams.

•Stay informed on emerging technologies and regulatory trends relevant to institutional client servicing and distribution.

Required Qualifications:

•7+ years of experience in technical program or product management, preferably in financial services.

•Demonstrated success in coordinating extensive, multi-functional programs involving various collaborators and interconnections.

•Good understanding of modern software development practices, architecture, and regulatory compliance.

•Ability to analyze large datasets, using SQL, Databricks, or Python.

•Experience with data visualization and exploration tools like Power BI or Tableau.

•Outstanding communication, organizational, and partner management skills.

•Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity in complex environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

•Experience supporting institutional sales, distribution, client servicing or investment management platforms.

•Familiarity with CRM systems, data analytics, and workflow automation tools.

•Understanding of regulatory frameworks impacting institutional financial services (e.g., SEC).

•Exposure to agile (Scrum) methodologies and enterprise delivery frameworks.

Salary range is expected to be between

$94,220.00 CAD - $174,980.00 CAD
