  • Facilitate cross-functional planning sessions, technical reviews, governance forums, and release readiness activities.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Infrastructure, Security, Cloud Operations, and Product teams to ensure alignment across dependent initiatives.
  • Drive continuous improvement in programme management practices, delivery processes, and governance frameworks.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for major programs and strategic initiatives within the organization.
All About You

  • Experience driving roadmap execution, capacity planning, programme governance, and stakeholder management in enterprise environments.
  • Experience managing complex dependencies, risks, issues, priorities, and stakeholder expectations across multiple teams.
  • Deep expertise with Jira, including programme governance, workflow administration, dashboards, reporting, dependency tracking, and release management.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision making.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including executive-level reporting.
  • Proven ability to influence without direct authority and drive alignment across highly matrixed organizations.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, planning, and execution skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining focus on business outcomes.
Preferred experience
  • Experience supporting Azure-based cloud platforms, infrastructure engineering, platform engineering, DevOps, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) teams.
  • Exposure to AWS or other cloud platforms.
  • Familiarity with Terraform, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, observability platforms, and cloud operations practices.
  • Experience managing security, compliance, resiliency, or operational readiness initiatives.
