We’re looking for an experienced, motivated Senior Technical Program Manager to oversee high visibility planning programs for our teams and help streamline our processes for building and delivering great customer and merchant products. As our products scale in complexity to meet our accelerating business and expanding product lines, our business and technology process management practices need to scale with it. In this role, you will work closely with engineering, product, analytics, and other cross-functional teams to align efforts with goals, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive change initiatives.

Employees new to affirm typically come in at the start of the pay range. affirm focuses on providing a simple and transparent pay structure which is based on a variety of factors, including location, experience and job-related skills.
Base pay is part of a total compensation package that may include equity rewards, monthly stipends for health, wellness and tech spending, and benefits (including 100% subsidized medical coverage, dental and vision for you and your dependents.)
CAN base pay range per year: $128,000- $188,000
