A tech-driven company in Vancouver is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to lead product initiatives and drive platform improvements. This role requires extensive experience in technical program management, strong collaborative skills, and a background in backend services. Competitive compensation includes annual salary ranging from CAD 130,000 to CAD 150,000, alongside comprehensive benefits and a hybrid work model.
Global Relay is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Product Manager (TPM) to join our Archive Product Management team. In this role, you'll own specific components and features of the Archive portfolio that drive platform scalability, availability, and resilience across our message ingestion and enrichment pipeline.
You'll collaborate closely with agile teams, fellow Product Managers, UX, and customer-facing teams to deliver on the product roadmap - bringing forward new initiatives and impactful features through the full development cycle. Responsibilities include guiding early requirement discovery and analysis, translating them into releases, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Senior TPMs also work hand-in-hand with Team Leads, Architects, and UX / UI to ensure high-quality design outcomes.
Day-to-day, TPMs actively participate in (and often lead) agile ceremonies - refining backlogs, planning sprints, accepting completed stories, tracking progress, and managing key release activities such as documentation and training.
