Job description

Develop and implement custom AI solutions for enterprise clients. Serve as a technical expert in Adobe Firefly, Creative Cloud, and Experience Cloud, translating business needs into AI-powered applications. Mentor teams and drive best practices in AI adoption.

Solution Development

• Architect custom generative AI solutions leveraging Adobe Firefly, Creative Cloud, and Experience Cloud technologies for enterprise clients
• Build scalable, production-ready implementations that enhance creative workflows and automate content generation processes
• Create reusable frameworks and components that accelerate future implementations across clients

Client Technical Leadership

• Serve as technical authority during client engagements, providing expert guidance on generative AI capabilities and implementation approaches
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for AI-powered creative and productivity solutions
• Lead discovery workshops and technical planning sessions to identify high-value generative AI use cases

Knowledge Advancement

• Research emerging generative AI trends and techniques to enhance Adobe's implementation methodologies
• Develop best practices, technical documentation, and implementation guides for the broader consulting team
• Mentor junior consultants on effective generative AI solution delivery and technical problem-solving

Qualifications:

Technical Expertise

• Deep understanding of Adobe's generative AI technologies, APIs, and integration methods across Creative and Experience Clouds
• Proficiency in front-end and back-end development with experience implementing advanced AI/ML solutions
• Hands-on experience with prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, and generative AI performance optimization

Project Experience

• 5+ years building enterprise software solutions with 2+ years focused on AI/ML implementations
• Demonstrated success delivering multiple complex technical projects under deadline pressure
• Experience consulting directly with clients on technology strategy and implementation

Communication Skills

• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Exceptional problem-solving capabilities with a consultative, client-focused approach
• Strong collaboration skills working across cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and business leaders
