Our client is seeking a Senior Technical Business Analyst with cyber security expertise (access controls, segregation of duties, Persona development) to collaborate with business and IT stakeholders on a remediation project.

This role requires onsite presence 3 days/week at Edmonton or Calgary office.

Must Haves:

• 8+ years' experience as a Business Analyst
• Strong capabilities in business case development
• Ability to facilitate workshops with cross-functional groups
• Experience in Test Strategy and Planning
• Security experience, including access controls, segregation of duties, and Persona development, ideally within Oracle

Nice to have:

• CBAP certification

Responsibilities:

• Test Strategy and Test Plan: Define a test strategy tailored to project complexity and risks, and develop a test plan aligned with project objectives and schedules.
• Test Coordination: Guide project resources through SIT and UAT, support tracking of completion, review test scenarios/test cases, and produce defect reports to inform production readiness decisions.
• Cyber Security & Financial Controls: Possess knowledge and experience in cyber security, including access controls, segregation of duties, and Persona development, preferably within Oracle.
• Schedule Driven & Detail Oriented: Manage work efficiently under tight deadlines with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Teams, and SharePoint, with at least 5 years of experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer or information science or related field preferred.
