SkyBox Labs in Burnaby, BC is seeking a Senior Technical Artist to join our UE5-driven co-development team. You will build end-to-end environment pipelines, own PCG challenges, and refine landscape workflows with LiDar and Gaea simulations.

This role emphasizes creative technical solutions and collaboration with artists to keep visuals aligned with the game's direction. We value 8+ years in AAA game development, strong communication, and deep UE5/Houdini/PCG knowledge.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of AAA game development with at least one shipped major title.
• Strong ability to guide a team and solve complex tech-art challenges.
• Deep knowledge of Unreal Engine 5, Houdini, and PCG.

Responsibilities

• Build custom end-to-end environment pipelines, workflows, and systems.
• Own the PCG problem space and optimize frameworks.
• Leverage LiDar and Gaea simulations for landscape workflows.
• Improve editor tooling and artist workflows.
• Collaborate with team to ensure visual direction.
