Your role within the team:

As part of our Construction Auditing team, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Act as the Client representative in the field to inspect and verify Electrical utilities construction performed by Contractors in the Urban Electrical Distribution System environment.
2. Review Contract documents and project-specific plans, monitor Contractor compliance, verify billing submissions.
3. Verify construction aligns with IFC drawings and Client specifications, using approved materials only.
4. Prepare reports with photos of daily field activities, track progress, and maintain a deficiency register.
5. Verify construction complies with standards, issue Non-Conformance reports for deficiencies, and monitor corrective actions.
6. Monitor Contractor safety performance, report deviations, and issue Safety Non-Conformance reports.
7. Monitor environmental performance and report violations of the Environmental Management Plan or regulations.
