Job summary

Citibank (Switzerland) AG is seeking a senior Business Analyst/Product Manager to lead complex corporate action initiatives. You will own backlog prioritization, interface strategy (Web GUI/API), and engagement with data providers and vendors, ensuring Golden Copy rules and data hierarchies are governed.

You will explore automation and AI-ready data opportunities while aligning with senior stakeholders on roadmaps and releases.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant experience in business analysis/product management.
• 5+ years experience as Business Analyst/Product Manager in financial services or technology.
• 5+ years experience in requirements management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Experience with process modeling tools (Visio).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Basic understanding of databases and SQL and Oracle is beneficial.
• Experience with business process reengineering and modern system architectures (Cloud, APIs).
• Proficiency in data analysis and understanding of data models.
• Strong analytical skills and experience documenting functional/technical specifications, epics, and user stories.
• Experience in Master or Reference Data space.

Responsibilities

• Lead backlog management, refinement, and sprint prioritization for complex Corporate Action initiatives.
• Lead interface strategy and design for Web GUI / API.
• Engage with Data Providers and Vendors (Internal & External).
• Define and govern Golden Copy rules and vendor source hierarchy logic.
• Identify automation opportunities and AI-ready data use cases.
• Manage senior stakeholder expectations, roadmap delivery, user training, and release governance.
• Collaborate with Dev/QA/Operations for validation and testing.
• Capture business and product requirements with senior stakeholders.
