Job summary

Synapse360 is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex customer and internal projects across the Isle of Man, UK, and beyond. You will balance technical confidence with commercial control and a strong customer experience, guiding multi-disciplinary teams through a full project lifecycle.

Success requires 5+ years in tech delivery, formal PM qualifications, and a proven ability to manage scope, risk and budgets while maintaining stakeholder alignment and governance.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of project delivery experience in technology or infrastructure environments.
• Experience delivering multiple concurrent projects with senior stakeholders.
• Formal project management qualification desirable (PRINCE2 / PMP etc.).
• Knowledge of RAID, stage-gate controls, and governance artefacts.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of assigned customer projects from initiation to closure.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects with scope, time, cost and benefits.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, service delivery, sales and suppliers.
• Provide clear project reporting, including risks, milestones and budget position.
• Maintain governance through RAID, change control and documentation.
• Support, coach and guide junior project managers as needed.
