Job description

This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced tax professional to step into a management role in Big 4, one of the worlds foremost international financial centers. As aSenior Tax Associate you will help clients navigate the complexities of U.S. tax compliance and advisory services in areas such as property and casualty insurance, hedge funds, private equity, and international executive taxation. This role offers a blend of hands-on client work, leadership, and team development responsibilities.

Core Responsibilities :

Manage multiple client engagements, reporting directly to Managers and above.

Lead and train junior staff, fostering technical expertise and professional growth.

Build and sustain strong client relationships to deliver tailored solutions.

Stay informed about local and global tax issues, particularly in the asset and wealth management sector.

Actively participate in business development initiatives and internal branding activities.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of team processes and service delivery.

Qualifications :

A Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (required).

A CPA, Enrolled Agent, or Master of Taxation, or active progress toward one (preferred).

Relevant tax experience in U.S. partnership and / or corporate tax (required).

Expertise in compliance and consulting for investment partnerships, including hedge funds, mutual funds, private equity, and venture capital funds.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage clients and teams.
