Job Summary

The Senior Talent Sourcing Specialist is primarily responsible for identifying top talent for IPEX North American by utilizing unique and creative talent sourcing strategies to engage candidates.

The Senior Talent Sourcing Specialist main responsibilities include utilizing various channels to identify and engage talent for current and future opportunities interacting with passive candidates, building robust talent pipelines, participating in talent engagement projects and working across our early talent and partnerships initiatives

Principal Responsibilities

Identify and engage qualified candidates for current and future opportunities, in partnership with the Talent Acquisition team through active use of a variety of tools and platforms.

Act as a brand ambassador for IPEX’s Talent brand by creating engaging, value-based communications to attract top talent in a variety of markets across North America

Continuously identify AI tools, platforms and partnerships, inclusive of professional networks to interact with candidates to evangelize the IPEX employer brand.

Lead with a continuous improvement mindset, identifying enhancements and managing projects driving accountability for results and adoption.

Partners effectively with Talent Acquisition Specialists and Hiring managers to discuss position requirements and engagement strategies

Employ a data driven approach, creating awareness on hiring requirements and talent market considerations to build optimal hiring strategy.

Track and maintain key metrics to ensure adherence to sourcing specialist KPI’s such as, but not limited to total outreach, conversion rates, source of candidates etc.

Continuous engagement and outreach to candidates in the pipeline to maintain their interest in IPEX’s Talent Brand.

Providing oversight to IPEX early talent engagement initiatives, liaising with post-secondary institutions and trade schools to promote IPEX brand awareness

Develop a strong understanding of IPEX products and services to promote IPEX as an employer of choice

Foster a best-in-class team culture, by sharing knowledge and best practices, creating a positive environment ensuring alignment and consistency.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree / diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience, in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field

5-7 years of combined Talent Acquisition and Talent Sourcing with experience in a fast-paced environment

Previous experience managing a high-volume of sourcing initiatives with a mix of exposure in both manufacturing and corporate environments would be a strong asset.

Demonstrated experience using multiple sourcing tools, platforms, intelligent software, and automated solutions for candidate engagement

Strong experience using applicants tracking systems (ATS), preferably Workday and / or Workable, with a variety of AI sourcing tools.

Demonstrated experience coaching peers and creating a positive learning experience amongst colleagues.

Demonstrated leadership experience in process enhancements, system implementation and organizational initiatives.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders, partners and leaders.

Experience utilizing metrics and data to make informed decisions, analyzing key market data to influence talent acquisition strategies.

Excellent data mining and advanced Excel skills.

Multilingual capabilities considered a strong asset i.e. Spanish, French
