- The Senior Talent Sourcer is responsible for partnering with the Talent Acquisition Delivery teams to accomplish the collective goal of sourcing professionals for all areas of our business, including Financial Services, Advise & Services, Phone Channel, Technology, and leadership roles in an effort to have client be recognized as the inclusionary employer of choice. - The Senior Talent Sourcer will work as an advisor to the client business and be responsible for developing headhunting strategies for highly visible projects, building a compelling market intel through data, providing Sourcing recommendation to multiple client business leaders and being agile to pivot searches to attract appropriate candidates to meet both current and forecasted client opportunities. This role reports into the Manager, Enterprise Sourcing.
