Job summary

Hatch Ltd. is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist on a 1-year contract basis in Mississauga, Ontario, to lead global recruitment for consulting professionals across regions.

This role requires strong relationship-building skills and a track record in management consulting hiring. The successful candidate will partner with leadership to design targeted talent attraction strategies, engage passive candidates, and champion diversity and inclusion across regions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with a strong focus on management consulting hiring.
• Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing consulting professionals across multiple regions
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence senior stakeholders in a consulting environment
• Strong sourcing and headhunting capabilities within niche, global consulting talent pools
• Business acumen, including the ability to interpret data and understand key consulting business drivers
• Adaptability, accountability, and comfort working in complex, ambiguous, and globally distributed environments

We are searching for a highly motivated Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Mississauga (on a 1 year contract), supporting the Ontario and Western Canada region. You should possess a unique blend of HR functional skills, business savvy, exceptional relationship building skills and a genuine passion for supporting your internal clients. You must be able to thrive working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and have an orientation towards working collaboratively, taking initiative and driving initiatives forward.

This is a 12 month contract role and can be based in Mississauga. This role is eligible for a Hybrid work arrangement.

Hourly rate range: $48 - $68

Your individual compensation within this range will depend on factors such as skills, experience, qualifications and location.
