Job description

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including resume screening, interviews, and background checks.

Ensure a positive candidate experience from first contact to onboarding by gathering feedback and coaching hiring managers.

Represent the company at recruitment events and build brand awareness through marketing and strategic partnerships.

Proactively explore new recruitment channels and sourcing methods to attract top talent.

Maintain strong internal relationships to anticipate hiring needs and continuously refine strategies.

Monitor recruitment performance, stay current with industry trends, and develop a talent pipeline through active and passive sourcing.

Collaborate with Marketing on employer branding and manage partnerships with schools and associations.

Qualifications :
  • 3 years of progressive experience in a talent acquisition role in a corporate environment.
  • Experience with high-volume recruitment.
  • Post-secondary degree, diploma, or certification in Human Resources Management or related field.
  • In-office role (Bloor / Yonge Toronto).
