About the Role:
Reporting to the Director of HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition, the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist is a strategic role leading eHealth Saskatchewan’s Talent Acquisition (TA) function. You’ll coach a passionate TA team, collaborate with HR and business leaders, and design innovative strategies to attract top talent that supports the digital transformation of health services across the province.

Your ideas, influence, and leadership will directly shape how we attract, engage, and retain exceptional talent that enables our continued success.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and Inspire: Coach and guide our TA team to elevate talent attraction as a strategic function.
- Build Partnerships: Develop strong relationships with internal leaders, post-secondary institutions, and community organizations to expand our reach.
- Drive Inclusive Hiring: Champion equity-focused recruitment programs that increase representation and remove barriers.
- Design & Deliver Programs: Develop and implement TA initiatives, campaigns, and tools that support sourcing, forecasting, and hiring for hard-to-fill roles.
- Strategic Advising: Partner with senior leaders to align hiring strategies with workforce planning and long-term talent needs.
- Brand Building: Represent eHealth at networking events and industry forums to strengthen our employer brand.
- Collaborate Across HR: Work within a Centers of Excellence model, aligning closely with HR Business Partners to deliver integrated talent solutions.
- Lead Change: Bring fresh thinking to how we attract, retain, and grow talent in a dynamic, unionized environment.

Experience & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience leading TA initiatives with a focus on strategic recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruitment, employment legislation, and unionized environments.
- Experience working in a Centers of Excellence HR model.
- Skilled in change management, recruitment forecasting, and marketing.
- Comfortable using analytics, sourcing platforms, and employer branding tools.
- Adept in MS Office and SharePoint tools.
