We are currently seeking a qualified Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to work with our internal and external operations. The successful candidate will be part of a highly motivated and technical work environment that thrives on teamwork.

Job Type : Hybrid

Responsibilities :

• Source and hire candidates for engineering roles within the organization.
• Screen applicants and sourced profiles via phone or Teams video chat.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates for technical positions.
• Research companies, websites, organizations, and community groups for potential candidates.
• Create and upload job postings on multiple job boards and the company website.
• Maintain the Applicant Tracking System.

Basic Qualifications :

• A Degree / Diploma from a recognized institution.
• Proven sourcing experience using Boolean search, user groups, networking, and web channels.
• Background in engineering domains such as Computer, Electrical, or Software Engineering is an asset.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and good time management.
• Ability to make fact-based, logical recommendations and decisions.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
