Be part of our talented and growing team! We are currently looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor - Contract Special Project (Branches), to join our team reporting to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition. This is a temporary 1 year contract role.

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor - Contract Special Project (Branches), you will lead a strategic project focused on our branch recruitment process across Canada. This is a high-visibility role that will directly impact our candidate experience, branch hiring strategy, KPI's and overall talent outcomes.

What will you work on
  • Lead a comprehensive review of our current branch recruitment process—from candidate screening to interview approaches to ideal candidate profiles.
  • Analyze branch attrition data to identify key focus areas and design a pilot project targeting the most critical locations.
  • Partner with the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager and the VP to develop and implement a branch recruitment strategy that improves candidate experience and retention.
  • Work closely with selected branch managers to ensure Talent Acquisition is integrated into the recruitment process for consistency and quality.
  • Build a business case with clear success metrics, data analysis, and recommendations for long-term strategy improvement.
Who are we looking for
  • Experience in branch or retail banking recruitment (required).
  • Proven track record in change management and implementing recruitment process improvements.
  • Strategic thinker with experience building business cases and using data to measure success.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills—comfortable presenting to senior leadership.
  • Ability to work independently on complex projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Bilingual - French and English, as asset.
