The Ontario Energy Board is seeking an Analyst to provide technical services to design and support day-to-day IT systems, including networks, Azure Cloud, Office365, and security, with responsibility for disaster recovery planning to keep operations resilient.
Under the Director, you will maintain Microsoft AD, DNS, DHCP, Office365, Azure MS-Teams, SharePoint, and Endpoint Manager, monitor performance, and ensure secure, compliant enterprise applications, including Workday or similar platforms.

Under the direction of the Director, the Analyst will provide technical services to design/support the day-to-day operation of the IT systems including the networks, business applications, backup, office365, Azure Cloud, Security, and hardware/software server platform. This position is responsible for supporting the disaster recovery plan to ensure minimal disruptions to business operations.
