  • Leading development of POCs, rapid prototypes, and reference implementations to validate architecture and tooling choices.
  • Creating architecture diagrams, deployment workflows, and technical documentation to guide development teams.
  • Defining and implementing DevOps pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI / CD, Azure DevOps, or Jenkins for build, test, and deployment automation.
  • Integrate monitoring, alerting, and logging into solutions (e.g., CloudWatch, Datadog, ELK).
  • Optimizing developer productivity through automation of infrastructure, builds, and environment provisioning.
  • Defining and implementing integration patterns including RESTful APIs, message queues (Kafka, SQS), event-driven architectures, and service mesh.
  • Supporting modernization of legacy systems by integrating with cloud-native services (e.g., Lambda, Azure Functions).
  • Collaborating with security and compliance teams to implement secure architectures and governance standards.
  • Acting as a hands-on technical advisor across development and infrastructure teams.
  • Evaluating new tools, frameworks, and cloud services to support architecture decisions.

  • 8+ years of experience in systems architecture and integration.
  • Solid programming / scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
  • Deep knowledge of AWS, Azure, or hybrid cloud infrastructure.
  • Experience building POCs, prototypes, and architecture accelerators in enterprise environments.
  • Understanding of CI / CD, containers (Docker / Kubernetes), GitOps, and service mesh is an asset.
  • Prior experience in regulated industries (e.g., financial services, insurance) is preferred.
  • Deep technical problem-solving and solution delivery skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, including the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Independent, self-starter mindset with a bias toward execution and experimentation.

  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent attitude and commitment to providing exceptional service.
  • Exemplary interpersonal, influencing, and communication skills across multiple mediums (in-person, phone, virtual).
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Highly organized with a consistent and reliable work ethic.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to manage a high volume of competing priorities.
