Job summary

AAA Canada is hiring a Technical Expert, Engineering - Systems Installation Integrator to lead the physical integration of aircraft systems excluding electrical wiring. You will design 3D layouts, specify interfaces, and coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, and suppliers.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and about 15 years in aeronautical engineering, with English fluency and strong project leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in aerospace, mechanical, or electrical engineering.
• Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in aeronautical engineering or related industry.

Responsibilities

• Design and integrate installations, including 3D layouts, equipment placement, routing, supports, and detail drawings (excluding electrical wiring).
• Define physical interfaces, access, fastening concepts, and installation provisions for equipment and related hardware.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary activities and ensure safety, maintainability, manufacturability, and cost constraints.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor staff; act as technical authority for complex issues.
