Our public sector client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to assist with developing reports in Power BI for an ERP program

Candidates can be 100% remote in Canada, working Central Time Zone hours

Must haves :

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst with a focus on ERP system reporting.
• Previous experience with report development using Power BI
• Experience with d eveloping business and functional requirements, project scope, estimates of effort and duration
• Previous experience in the insurance industry

Nice to haves :

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Certifications as a Systems Analyst / Business Analyst

Responsibilities :

• Develop or assist with business and functional requirements, project scope, estimates of effort and duration.
• Translate functional and business requirements into technical requirements.
• Develop and / or support technical aspects of application software, user interfaces, and third-party components.
• Conduct, assist with, and / or support unit and system tests.
• Provide input into technical standards for the technical framework.
• Develop low-level detailed requirements, programming, and systems development of ERP Systems.
• Unit and system testing and implementation.
• Comprehensive understanding of the technical capabilities offered by Power BI
