OCS Ontario Cannabis Store is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst to join our Toronto team. You will act as a lead analyst, translate high-level designs into system configurations, and partner with architects to deliver enterprise solutions in a regulated retail environment.
In this role you will drive requirements, design scalable integrations, and explore AI-enabled improvements across digital commerce platforms, Azure services, and customer portals to optimize performance and user experience.
The Ontario Cannabis Store provides safe, responsible access to recreational cannabis for adults 19 and older. We operate the sole legal online store for recreational cannabis in Ontario and are the provincial wholesaler of cannabis for private retail stores.

The Senior Systems Analyst serves as the lead analyst and solution design specialist for enterprise technology initiatives. Working within established architecture and solution direction, this role translates high-level designs into system-specific configurations, ensuring solutions are feasible, optimized, and aligned with business requirements. As a key subject matter expert and trusted partner to Architects, the Senior Systems Analyst brings deep system knowledge and technical expertise to support the successful delivery of enterprise solutions.
Acting as a subject matter expert throughout the solution lifecycle, the Senior Systems Analyst provides end-to-end solution analysis, influences solution decisions, drives design quality, and supports the successful delivery of complex, business-critical programs. This role also identifies and enables opportunities to leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) and automation within enterprise systems to enhance process efficiency, improve decision-making, and elevate the user experience.
The target hiring range for this position is $100,000- $117,500. This is a pay grade 7 role, with a salary range of $82,623.96 - $123,507.59. Placement in the salary range will be based on factors such as market conditions, internal equity, and candidate experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the role.
